采用静电纺丝法制备PET/CTS复合纳米纤维膜,并在纤维膜表面吸附一层纳米银,进一步增加纤维膜的抗菌性能.以扫描电镜(SEM)对不同配比PET/CTS所制备的纤维膜的微观形貌进行表征,结果显示w(CTS)/w(PET)为12.5%时,纤维形貌较好,平均直径为405 nm.分别对不同厚度的PET/CTS纤维膜进行力学性能、透气性能以及空气过滤性能测试,结果表明纺丝时间为7 h时,纤维膜具有较好的性能,其弹性模量为48.15 MPa、断裂伸长率183.30%、拉伸断裂应力2.11 MPa、拉伸强度2.49 MPa、拉伸屈服应力1.23 MPa、最大力1.38 N,阻气值为3.99 k Pa·S/m,过滤效率为99.55%,压降为621.32 Pa.吸附银离子实验表明,最佳GA交联浴配比为GA(vol%)=3.5%.紫外可见光谱(UV)及透射电镜(TEM)表征证明,有10 nm左右纳米银生成.抑菌实验表明,载银PET/CTS复合纳米纤维膜对金黄色葡萄球菌(S.a.)和大肠杆菌(E.coli.)的杀菌率分别为99.97%和99.99%. 相似文献

以F127为模板剂,Ni Cl2为镍源,尿素为氮源,间苯二酚甲醛原位聚合树脂为碳源,分别采用均相法和两相法制备Ni-NOMC-1,Ni-N-OMC-2纳米复合材料。X射线衍射(XRD)、激光拉曼以及透射电子显微镜(TEM)等测试结果表明,复合材料具有有序介孔结构,Ni以金属微粒形式嵌于碳骨架中,提高了有序介孔碳的石墨化程度。X射线光电子能谱测试(XPS)表明尿素热解后以4种形式存在:sp3杂化与C结合的N原子,吡啶N原子,sp2杂化与C结合的N原子以及quaternary-N原子。Ni-N的共改性改变了碳载体的理化性质,有利于Pt纳米粒子的负载与分散。均相法制备的Ni-N-OMC-1复合材料微波负载Pt后,氧还原极限电流密度为5.32 m A·cm-2,氢氧化电化学活性面积高达138.53 m2·g-1,电化学催化活性优于商业20%Pt/C材料(4.49 m A·cm-2,96.98 m2·g-1)。 相似文献

Synergistic effect of aluminum hypophosphite and intumescent flame retardants in polylactide 下载免费PDF全文
Aluminum hypophosphite (AHP) was introduced into polylactide/intumescent flame retardant (PLA/IFR) systems by melt blending. The flame retardant and thermal properties of the PLA composites were investigated. The results suggest that a synergistic effect exists between IFR and AHP on the char formation and anti‐dripping behavior of PLA composites. The PLA/IFR composites containing 10 wt% IFR can pass the UL‐94 V‐0 rating but the test is accompanied by heavy melt dripping. For the PLA/AHP a UL‐94 V‐2 rating is obtained for the same loading of IFR. However, the composites containing 7 wt% IFR and 3 wt% AHP pass the UL‐94 V‐0 rating with modified dripping behavior. Moreover, the char from combustion of PLA/IFR is flexible but of poor quality. That for PLA/AHP is brittle with many cracks. In contrast, that for PLA/IFR/AHP is strong and compact. Thus it can resist the erosion due to heat and gas formation and protect the inside of the matrix. In addition, AHP causes the crosslinking among APP, which promotes the char formation and prevents the melt dripping. We report the electrochemical performance of carbon-coated TiO2 nanobarbed fibers (TiO2@C NBFs) as anode material for lithium-ion batteries. The TiO2@C NBFs are composed of TiO2 nanorods grown on TiO2 nanofibers as a core, coated with a carbon shell. These nanostructures form a conductive network showing high capacity and C-rate performance due to fast lithium-ion diffusion and effective electron transfer. The TiO2@C NBFs show a specific reversible capacity of approximately 170 mAh g− 1 after 200 cycles at a 0.5 A g− 1 current density, and exhibit a discharge rate capability of 4 A g− 1 while retaining a capacity of about 70 mAh g− 1. The uniformly coated amorphous carbon layer plays an important role to improve the electrical conductivity during the lithiation–delithiation process. 相似文献

A constitutive model for creep deformation that describes the loading-history-dependent behavior of initially isotropic materials with different properties in tension and compression under stress vector rotations limited by 50–60° is presented within a thermodynamic framework. In the proposed constitutive model a kinematic hardening rule is adopted. This model also introduces an effective equivalent stress in the creep potential that is based on the first and second invariants of the effective stress tensor, and on the joint invariant of the effective stress tensor and eigenvector associated with the maximum principal Cauchy stress. The formulation of the kinematic hardening rule is presented and discussed. All the material parameters in the model have been obtained from a series of proposed basic experiments with constant stresses. These model parameters are then used to predict the creep deformation of the aluminum alloy under multiaxial loading with constant stresses, and under non-proportional uniaxial and non-proportional multiaxial loadings for both isothermal and nonisothermal processes. 相似文献

Nanostructured Mn3O4 sample with an average crystallite size of ∼15 nm is synthesized via the reduction of potassium permanganate using hydrazine. The average particle size obtained from the Transmission Electron Microscopy analysis is in good agreement with the average crystallite size estimated from X-ray diffraction analysis. The presence of Mn4+ ions at the octahedral sites is inferred from the results of Raman, UV–visible absorption and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analyzes. DC electrical conductivity of the sample in the temperature range 313–423 K, is about five orders of magnitude larger than that reported for single crystalline Mn3O4 sample. The dominant conduction mechanism is identified to be of the polaronic hopping of holes between cations in the octahedral sites. The zero field cooled and field cooled magnetization of the sample is studied in the range 20–300 K. The Curie temperature for the sample is about 45 K, below which the sample is ferrimagnetic. A blocking temperature of 35 K is observed in the field cooled curve. It is observed that the sample shows hysteresis at temperatures below the Curie temperature with no saturation, even at an applied field (20 kOe). The presence of an ordered core and disordered surface of spin arrangements is observed from the magnetization studies. Above the Curie temperature, the sample shows linear dependence of magnetization on applied field with no hysteresis characteristic of paramagnetic phase. 相似文献

Nanostructures (NSs) of basic composition Sn1−xFex/2Cox/2O2 with x=0.00, 0.04, 0.06, 0.08 and 0.1 were synthesized by citrate-gel route and characterized to understand their structural, electrical and magnetic properties. X-ray diffraction and Raman spectroscopy were used to confirm the formation of single phase rutile type tetragonal structure. The crystallite sizes calculated by using Williamson Hall were found to decrease with increasing doping level. In addition to the fundamental Raman peaks of rutile SnO2, the other three weak Raman peaks at about 505, 537 and 688 cm−1 were also observed. Field emission scanning electron microscopy studies showed the emergence of structural transformation. Electric properties such as dc electrical resistivity as a function of temperature and ac conductivity as a function of frequency were also studied. The variation of dielectric properties with frequency reveals that the dispersion is due to Maxwell–Wagner type of interfacial polarization in general. Hysteresis loops were clearly observed in M–H curves of Fe and Co co-doped SnO2 NSs. However, pure SnO2 nanoparticles (NPs) showed paramagnetic behaviour which vanished at higher values of magnetic field. The grain and grain boundary contribution in the conduction process is estimated through complex impedance plot fitted with non-linear least square (NLLS) approach which shows that the role of grain boundaries increases rapidly as compared to the grain volume with the increase of Fe and Co ions in to system. 相似文献
